Apple Cobbler s

      Yields: 8 Servings

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Water
1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 cup Dried Apples
2 cup Pancake Mix


 

Instructions

AT HOME:
Combine Brown Sugar and Cinnamon in a ziplock bag.
Place Dried Apples in another ziplock bag.
Place Pancake Mix in another ziplock bag.
Pack Cooking Oil separately
.
IN CAMP:
Place Water, Cooking Oil, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and Dried Apples in frying pan.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle Pancake Mix on top of apple mixture
Swirl Pancake Mix into apple mixture.
Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
