Ingredients
CHICKEN FRICASEE:
16 cups Water
2 cups Diced Chicken (Freeze-Dried)
1 tablespoon Dry Milk
1 teaspoon Rosemary
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Sage
2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 cups Diced Carrots (Dehydrated)
1 cups Peas (Freeze-Dried)
2 tablespoon Dried Onions
DUMPLINGS:
3 cups Pancake Mix
3 teaspoon Garlic Powder
3 tablespoon Cooking Oil
1 1/2 cups Water
Instructions
AT HOME:
Combine Chicken, Dry Milk, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, and Garlic Salt in a ziplock bag.
Combine Peas, Carrots, and Onions in another ziplock bag (or combine with Chicken if it'll fit).
Combine Pancake Mix and Garlic Powder in another ziplock bag.
Pack Cooking Oil separately.

IN CAMP:
Place Water, Chicken, Dry Milk, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Garlic Salt, Peas, Carrots, and Onions in a large pot.
Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally.
Combine Pancake Mix, Garlic Salt, and Cooking Oil for Dumplings in another pot or bowl.
Slowly add water and stir to make a paste-like mixture.
Use a spoon to scoop small amounts of dumpling mixture and drop it into Chicken pot.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
