Ingredients
16 cups Water
2 cups Diced Chicken (Freeze-Dried)
1 cups Corn (Freeze-Dried)
1/2 cups Peas (Freeze-Dried)
1/2 cup Diced Carrots (Dehydrated)
2 packages Creole Mix (Zatarains)
4 ounces Sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
AT HOME:
Combine Chicken, Corn, Peas, and Carrots in a ziplock bag (or 2 bags if necessary).
Pack Creole Mix and Tomatoes separately.

IN CAMP:
Place Water, Chicken, Corn, Peas, Carrots, and Tomatoes in a large pot.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Stir in Creole Mix.
Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, until the rice is cooked.
