18 cups Water
2 cups Diced Beef (Freeze-Dried)
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Thyme
2 cups Dry Milk
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 ounces Sun-Dried Tomatoes
2 cups Tomato Flakes
3/4 cups Corn (Freeze-Dried)
1/2 cups Peas (Freeze-Dried)
3/4 cup Diced Carrots (Dehydrated)
1 ounces Dried Mushrooms
4 tablespoons Dried Onions
16 ounces Dried Tortellini
Instructions
AT HOME:
Combine Beef, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Dry Milk, and Flour in a ziplock bag.
Combine Sun-Dried Tomatotes, Tomato Flakes, Corn, Peas, Carrots, Mushrooms, and Onions in another ziplock bag.
Pack the Tortellini separately.

IN CAMP:
Place all ingredients in a large pot.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
